ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for an Client Success Executive who can do more than manage timelines and calls. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and creative teams: developing clear briefs, supervising execution, and keeping projects moving smoothly and efficiently.

At PASSAR, we don’t treat clients like accounts, we treat them like partners. That means you’re not here to be a yes-man or yes-woman. You’re expected to listen, guide, challenge when needed, and bring practical solutions to complex problems. This role demands both service and strategy.

It’s a strong fit for someone who’s organized, articulate, and gets things done, but also has a creative instinct and the confidence to think critically under pressure.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients across active projects, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Coordinate closely with creative and production teams to align client needs with deliverables and timelines.
  • Support content creation efforts by contributing to visual concepts, social media ideas, and basic production planning
  • Assist with creative copywriting tasks such as writing captions, short scripts, headlines, or campaign messaging.
  • Support the end-to-end project process, from brief intake and timeline tracking to delivery and feedback collection.
  • Anticipate client needs and work proactively to maintain strong relationships and successful outcomes.
  • Ensure high standards are upheld in every phase of project delivery, from execution to presentation.
  • Help organize and participate in shoots, interviews, or field content gathering as required.
  • Maintain organized documentation of project progress, versions, and key communications

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 1-3 years experience in account management, marketing, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams.
  • Detail-oriented, but not rigid.
  • Bonus if you have experience in: writing, research, content strategy, or production.
