ROLE SUMMARY

You’ll be shooting and editing content across brand campaigns, social series, interviews, documentaries, and more. This is a hands-on production role for someone who knows how to find the story through the lens, capture emotion in the right shot, and edit with the right energy and vibe.

At PASSAR, we don’t do one-style-fits-all content. Every project demands a different tone, a different pace, a different visual language. You’ll be expected to adapt, experiment, and raise the bar every time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content across various formats and platforms
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to understand the brief and creative direction
• Maintain strong file management and version control across projects
• Deliver clean, on-brand, well-paced edits under tight timelines
• Contribute ideas to how we film, frame, and elevate our content

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1–3 years experience in videography and video editing
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve, After Effects are a plus
• Strong visual instincts — knows how to compose a shot, not just capture it
• Able to shoot with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (audio setup experience is a bonus)
• Bonus: set lighting, or experience with documentary-style work
